个人简介

从事新型低维半导体红外光电传感器研究。在Nature Communications,Light: Science & Applications和Advanced Materials等期刊上发表论文40余篇,其中一作/通讯作者论文27篇。制定国家标准1项,申请发明专利6项,其中授权4项。

主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金和中国博士后科学基金特别资助等项目,参与3项国家重点研发计划和1项江苏省科技重大专项研究。入选江苏省科技副总、江苏省对外科学技术促进会卓越创新青年。曾获得全国半导体材料与电子元器件前沿论坛科学探索奖和博士研究生国家奖学金等,指导学生获得“建行杯”江苏大学生创新大赛三等奖。担任eScience和Information & Functional Materials期刊青年编委,任Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Nano Letters.、Science Bulletin、Nano-Micro Letters、ACS Photonics、Plasmonics、Mat. Sci. Semicon. Proc.、Opt. Quantum Electron.、‌J. Alloys Compd.‌、NANO等SCI期刊审稿人。
